so i was do for an upgrade on my phone so i go ahead and get the blackjack. first 2 weeks are perfect. then i notice i cant send picture so i call technicall support and supposedly i didnt have the media packge so i got it and all this bs.it works for the first day then it dont work anymore. so i call again they tell me i have to change my settings and this password for my gprs. i do that then saturday comes around i try to make a call and i get no dial tone i think i didnt have signal so i keep trying and nothing i try to text nothing i try to picture text and nothing this goes on till today i finally went to the at&t store they look at it and the guy tells me you have a media package for a treo im like wtf. so he changd it and then he said there is nothing he can do i to go to the warranty place so i go tell the guy i need a new fone he said let me check it out. 30 minutes later he comes out tells me i need a new fone and im saying to my self i told you that already @$$hole he sai he'll give me a new one. takes him 2 hrs to tranfers my stuff to the new fone and i ask him whats taking you so long he said im tranfrring your picks i told him why didnt you just take out the memory card he said "u have a memory card" so i said just stop what your doing and put my memory card in my new fone then he said i would have to restart everything........ i waisted around 3 hrs just to get a new fone
so im thinking of switching to verizon
