Comcast. Internet is 5x faster, Phone service is cheaper. Att wont contact you if their pricing goes down until you go to cancel the service. We still use Directv for TV though, just because of the sports packages. But everything else with Comcast is better than ATT that i've seen. You can check your voice messages on their website for your phone line.

Edit: My Speedtest.net went from 3mbps to anywhere from 16-20 mbps.

unless you have fiber to the house uverse from at&t comcast will be faster as far as internet.. The picture quality depends on your area..

att internet sux, it stoped working and when they came to see what was wrong they couldnt figure it out and told me that if i didnt like the conection to cancel.....

I have Comcast right now, but I needed to have my modem replaced 3 times this month. Im just looking at other options out there. If I dont find anything, ill probably just stick with them.

Motorola surfboard. They're coming on saturday, to either fix the modem or replace it. And they just replaced the last one, last weekend.

I found that the AT&T package (phone, internet, with Direct TV) was about $30 a month cheaper than were currently paying for AT&T phone, Comcast TV/internet separately.

def sounds like ecs23 has something else wrong, im a technician in WA for comcast, you should be having that many issues with those surfboards. i trust those over the other models that we have

last week when i was on the phone with them, they said it was a line problem, and i wasnt there when the comcast guy came. so im not sure why they keep switching modems.

sounds like you got a dumb**** that just swapped the modem. like mp3pimp said go to internet explorer and type 192.168.100.1 and click the signal tab and take a screen shot and post it here or type what the upstream and downstream say

or flip your modem over and type your HFC MAC ID thats on the bottom and ill look up the history
