They (popo) did not want him apparently. According to the warrant, his name was not on it. NOTHING was found in his home, NOTHING.

And the last time I checked, it is legal in the US to "pack heat" in your own home.

Of course it is legal to pack heat. Again, what you're lacking is relevance. It is NEVER legal to take aim at an officer. The article I read explained exactly why they fired on him. Wood fragments from SWAT's enterance to the house bounced off one of the officers and others thought he had been shot at. Perfect logic that you cop haters try to bury.
