First of all, Crutchfield rocks. Their package (HU, box stuff) arrived one day early so props. Crutchfield FTW!

Second of all, Onlinecarstereo.com did pretty good. Right on time. (amp, sub, wiring kit)

However... I ordered two Type-R 1222D subwoofers. And what do I get? two Type-R 1022D!

Luckily, they'll ship the 1222D today and should be here thursday or friday. So it's all cool. Just gotta wait... again.

But you're right, leon, about Crutchfield not playing around. I've spent many a dollar with them and they never cease to impress me. Valid no-questions-asked warranties FTW!
I bought my HU from them, and I liked how they called a couple days after I got it to make sure I had no problems with the install. Great follow up and cs FTW>

I would have ordered everything from Crutchfield but they didnt have the sub I wanted (only had the 1242D) and the amp was **** near retail price.

Regardless, they have high quality stuff. Crutchfield = PWNAGE!

 
I actually cannot remember the last BNIB head unit that I didn't buy from Crutchfield. The XXV-01D I run now, the KDC-X679 that the XXV-01D replaced, the KDC-X569 that got sold to my ex-landlady....shoot, the KRC-608 cassette deck (that I still have and it still works flawlessly //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif) all came from them.

Well, make that two XXV-01Ds as a local carwash place had to buy me a new one after they screwed up the one that I bought myself. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif
