Thing is, if someone SMART was president, we would let Israel handle it... but who's our president again?

1. we should still be in iraq. we don't want what happened with russia and afghanistan in the early eighties.

2. The president of iran is crazy, not to mention putin is a crazy bastard as well. both leaders publicly have made threatening remarks. especially putin when it came to the missile defense network in Europe.

3. iran is known for funding terrorists. just like saddam and iraq were.

4. if we attack iran it won't just be us. it may be mainly us. but it would be coalition forces as usual.

5. if we stop kinda acting like the worlds police i think its safe to say countries will be complaining that the world's super power should be involved.

oh and to that last question of yours. personally I would be willing to take a bullet. especially if it helps make our world a better place

Hey chad i don't take offense.

I am enlisted as a Nuclear engineer in the navy.

I won't be in any ground fights.

I finish my last two years of college with an ivy league education with my degrees in MechE and EE.

My bestfriend is a SEAL/ is going through their training as we speak. His fiance is SWCC.

all three of us are navy.

we are just as close as blood.

and we are proud patriots.

You realize it took 50 years to find biological weapons that the japanese developed along with bombers that were developed to fly into the west coast of the united states. don't you?

1. What happened? The conflict drained the SU and their entire economic system collapsed? That doesn't sound very good to me.

my best friend enlisted in the army reserves, gonna be a desk clerk. I forget what his actual title was, but in 5 years they were phasing it out to be a civilian position. Somehow he was picked out of his unit, only one i might ad. And spent 18 months in Iraq.

When he signed up he was told he wouldnt be in any ground fights either. To bad 3 months later that wasnt the case.

NO.

It amazes me how people watch the media and think they are the know it alls of the war in Iraq. Do you think Bush just sits there and makes all these choices on his own? He has advisors that have dedicated their whole lives to military intelligence. I would agree that they have done some stupid things, but would you rather the acts of terrorism upon U.S. soil to go unchecked?
