Are these Trucks/SUVs good for what i want?

i want to put 2 12" subs, and 1 15" sub, 6 tweeters, and then 4 mids. i also plan on using a 5,000 watt amp. i already have an external equalizer that also has sub control. do i need to get an extra battery and alternator for all this?

i'm just curious about this one,what about a 2002 Toyota Highlander? V6 Limited Edition?

hey, im sorry if this was a dumb question, im new to the audio scene. i went to my friends house, his 23 year old bro had 2 15"s and i just said, i have got to have a system, but, ****, i dount know how to put one in a a ****in thing about them. so im here just lookin for help, assistance and guidance. so thanks for all the good replys, but all those who were bein smartasses go **** a dick and grow some balls. im just lookin for help, and im only 15.

Not if he keeps looking around here. Before long he will be adding a Sundown 3500 powering some sort of 15" or 18" SPL subwoofer while using his head unit to power the stock speakers.

#1 you don't mix subs,

#2 you don't need 6 tweeters, 1 set of horns will be more than enough to hurt you if you need ear bleeding highs for whatever reason (probably because you think its cool when everyone else can hear your crap)

#3 the fact that you asked about THOSE subs, but plan on running 5k watts, my guess would be the amp you have picked out is boss audio or something that puts out 1k and not 5k

#4 if your really going to run 5k and have to ask whether you need to upgrade your electrical... your not ready

your the kind of guy we see at a car show, with 20 tweeters ghetto wired off the headunit and 4 different size subwoofers with speakers just sitting everywhere, but the music is blasting cuz even after all the dirty looks, you still think its awesome

not trying to be a dick but you need to spend alot more time reading
