Well I am building a box for my 15 inch fi SSD I will be feeding it 800 watts

Are these supports in the box really going to do anything? I forgot to buy the wood for it. I guess I could go back and get them but I figured id ask first.

Can I use any wood really? If its not circle like that will it effect my tuning at all? Probably a stupid question just making sure though.

depends on how big those unbraced panels are...I'd definitely do the one from top to bottom.

Also, the baffle should not be sandwiched between the top and bottom pieces when there it so little clearance like that...it should overlay the top and bottom pieces in order to gain much more strcutural integrity.

Alright I am trying to make this box perfect. Going to carpet it and everything so I dont want to do a half assed job. It would **** to have it blow apart on me.

I already cut the wood ****....do you think this will be an issue?

Baffle won't be an issue. If you're really concerned add a small wood block top/bottom behind the sub opening.

I'd add braces as the box looks pretty big as it definitely won't hurt and it's only $5.
