Are these good and worth the money?

I am planning on buying a Kenwood Amplifier KAC-7201 and Subwoofer KFC-W3009 Package Kenwood P-W301 from http://www.thecarstereo.com for $227.00. Is this package worth the money and will it give me the great quality I am looking for? The link to the items is http://www.thecarstereo.com/product/product_view.php?product=SASZ00757. I am also planning on spending around $900.00 for four speakers, two 12" subs, a CD palyer, and two amps one for the speakers and one for the subs. If you guys have any suggestions on what will work really good please post it.

don't go with kenwood. everybody at my high school had kenwood and it was awful and they looked like fools.
