Are the DMM's @ pep boys any good?

try to make sure they have a replaceable fuse too...a lot of the cheaper ones don't have that as a option

You need your scope calibrated.

The ones at walmart for 17$ are badass, all the regular stuff, plus it has a work light, a stand, can read temps, and a bunch of other stuff, i love mine.
