Are Infinity Kappa Perfects good?

I have a friend whos friend has 2 12" on a RF Punch 1000 tuned to 32 HZ he swears this kids system is so loud setting off alarms etc (I did that with a single 12...) he also says AQ is overrated and will blow with the recommended RMS power.

Now I don't hear much about this sub, so are they decent? I told him wait a month till I get my shit hooked up (2 15" HDC3/AQ2200D) thanks

So basically I want to know how bad I would destroy this kid, he said he will come to my house and have his system shit all over me...lol.

The Perfects are very good subs, but they dont like high power.

They dont need much over 400w (each) to reach peak excursion, especially in a ported enclosure.

You probably dont hear about them anymore because they were discontinued 2 years ago.
