Are Infinity Kappa Perfects good?

I have a friend whos friend has 2 12" on a RF Punch 1000 tuned to 32 HZ he swears this kids system is so loud setting off alarms etc (I did that with a single 12...) he also says AQ is overrated and will blow with the recommended RMS power.

Now I don't hear much about this sub, so are they decent? I told him wait a month till I get my **** hooked up (2 15" HDC3/AQ2200D) thanks

So basically I want to know how bad I would destroy this kid, he said he will come to my house and have his system **** all over me...lol.

The Perfects are very good subs, but they dont like high power.

They dont need much over 400w (each) to reach peak excursion, especially in a ported enclosure.

You probably dont hear about them anymore because they were discontinued 2 years ago.
