Arced my amp and now loud wine noise

So I was unhooking my amp and the car was running for a/c Bc it's hot here in Texas. While I was unhooking it with my Allen wrench I hit the metal casing and it sparked really bad. Right afterwards my stereo started a really high pitch winding noise. I unhooked my 4 channel Rockford 800.4 and my crescendo Bc 2000 which is the amp it sparked on for several hours and hooked it all back up and it still makes the noise. Please help could it have ruined my amps or maybe my headunit I have a pioneer.

I'm so sorry that happened, if it is something simple you lucked out... I arced a monster Chrome Rockford Fosgate Power 1000 once... did it in front of the car owner too... cost me a pretty penny to get repaired... since then I've never used standard hex keys... too small and difficult to handle... maybe try a set like this next time...

Blew the pico fuse in the headunit. Do the RCA grounding trick.
What's that? And should I just get a new headunit? Bc none of the protect lights are on on my amps

You think I blew the 4 channel amp to? Or just the one that sparked?

Google image RCA ground trick. Amps are probably fine.

So there's no way to replace the fuse or anything just wrap the back of the headunit where the rca's go and it will eliminate all of it? Or do I have to get whole new headunit to get rid of all the wine?

No you can not replace the pico fuse. Only one way to find out and its free.

Try the head/RCA's first... don't panic yet... the amp I fried was "circa 1991" and the amp went up spectacular!.. NOT LOL!..
