Arc Vs. Us Amps

Basically im looking for something to power my front components...

was looking at the Us Amps MD41 but heard it can be a little dirty...

Would anyof the new arc amps out perform it for SQ?

it will be powering a set of Diamond Audio DG51s

Any other options would be cool too!

If it was old-school US Amps... and new-school Arc, it'd be a toss-up.

Now, Arc.

But no disrespect to US -- that stuff is still built rock solid.

Id say US is more for power....im not sure on this, but it seems like thats what they go for. Never heard much about the SQ of their amps

Pick which ever has the most power in your price range. You will likely not be able to hear a lick of difference between them, and both are quality built amplifiers. 1st week in feb.

Ive talked to Jeff coleman a little bit about whether or not they are SQ or spl oriented, he said believe it or not, they are more SQ oriented, In order to get loud, cleaness and loudness go hand in hand.
