Arc KS 3004. vs XDI 450.4????

I'm in the process of upgrading my setup. I'm currently running stock speakers for my mids and highs. But I just picked up a set of ID XS65's for the front and rears. A local dealer suggested I run one of the XDI 450.4 or 600.4. A friend of mine just offered me a sweet deal on new KS 300.4. I don't have any experience with either of them just looking for some feedback.
