ARC FD6006 or CTX65CS

I am stuck between these two. Would anyone know the pro's and con's? They will be my front set up, and unsure what amp they will be powered with but they will be amp'd. Anyone have experience with either or?

ARC makes great amps but i was not impressed with any of the ARC somps or coax speakers. I am currently running a set of the CTX65cs in one of my cars and i can tell you they are worth plenty more than the 179 they go for They will beat the ARC in every catagory from midbass to power handling to sq.
