ARC AUDIO XDI805 Opinions

I am looking for an amp to put in my F-350. I already picked up a NIB Alpine IVE-W535HD DVD head unit for a real good price ($300.00). I'm planning on front and rear door speakers (Not sure what speakers I'll get) and either a 10"or 12" sub. It's not a daily driver so I want to keep the cost down somewhat.

I have found a Manufactured Refurbished ARC Audio XDI805 for $179.99 delivered. Is this a decent amp. From what I could find this is a good price for this amp.
