Is the Arc 10D4 any good? Vs, I dunno something like a JL W6V2?

Looking for a SQ woofer still. Was pretty set on kodas but if I'm tempted to get some ARC's for a real cheap price is they are worth while.

ca&e = car audio & electronics magazine. can be found at most places that sell magazines (tower records, newsstands, grocery stores, etc...)

I was asked not to make the sale public but Basicaly I could get 2 10" for about $250, srry can't get you in on this one. I already have some Adire Koda 10" on pre-order but they are like $400+

I'm wondering if I should just get the ARC's but they would only have about .3 inches space behind the magnets due to mounting depth. The Kodas also claim 18mm of excursion ARC's are what 15? I never heard and IDQ, I was tempted to get those, however they could not handle the power from my amp as well, but these ones can actualy utilize it.

Would I be better off getting the Kodas cause I don't want to have to upgrade later. Unless the ARC deal is too good to pass up.

I will look for the mag at the grocery store tomarrow but I doubt they have it.

I've got the 12D4. Clearest sub I've owned thus far.

so all feel that the ARC's will sound as good as Koda 10"... What about volume wise? They are less watts with non XBL^@ (So dunno how efficient they are) and also 3mm of excursion less each.

Can someone tell me what I should do? Get the new Koda 10" or the ARC's I will have to remove the rubber or something, the guy said to make them have less mounting depth, but I didn't understand what he ment.

I'm VERY limited to only 5.75 TOTAL inches plus the speaker needs to vent so thats only 5.25, the ARC's don't quite fit right? SO I should go with kodas?

I need to know REAL soon like tomarrow what is better aside from price.

No Luck on the Mag. I had to call in for a conference call on my cell while shopping so I kinda forgot. Been real buisy with work, would really apreciate if someone had a moment to summerize on the 10D4.
