You can't go wrong with either of the 2 companies. They both make a good quality product. I would not be afraid to buy anything from Sundown good company with top quality products with good QC. This is coming from an ARC and Audison fan. Either brand you choose you will get your money worth from both product lines. People just have not heard of Sundown as much as ARC but give it a couple more years and they will grow and grow.

My point is that they are a start up company with only 4 dealers in the WORLD....and only have 2 amps on their line..... how do i know that they arnt going to walk way the next year after my amp blows and i have no one to go to??? I am not trying to start an argument but i just am a little hesetant with spending $500 on a company that i know nothing about other than they started up a year ago.

Both are great companies that are going to be around for a long time.

Pick the product that you like better. Stop worrying about the company that it comes from, because there is NOTHING you have to worry about with either of them.

Jacob from Sundown has the greatest customer service I've seen in a car audio company. Definately doesn't act like a new company, that's for sure. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Sundown with the business ethic that guy has.
