In very very good shape cosmetically with littel to no scratches or marks at all. 10/10 functionality very high output for an amp of this size with a remarkable crisp sound. 1-4 channels for use for interior mids and high speakers and 1 sub channel that packs a pretty big punch for a 500 watt sub or so. More specs on Eclipse EA4000. It more than likely will do 125x4 but at 2 ohms as it is rated at 150x2 at 4 ohms but is 2 ohm stable!!

Oh yeah the Arc amp has some crazy good specs that I am not sure I have seen on to many amps.

107db S/N A weighted

>300 Dampening Factor @ 1Khz

THD .07%

Has an onboard butterworth crossover or should I say crossovers that let you do lots of stuff with this amp as I know you can run an active set up and really fine tune your WHOLE system.

These prices are a steal of a deal on this equipement as I have my eye on a few things I need to scoop up.

$200-$240 from what I could tell expecially in the condition its in.

How about 15 ft of dual 6 gauge power/ground or subwoofer wire FREE with 1st amp sold???

That clarion piece looks older but interesting. You wanting both amps as I could cut you a killer deal with a trade and cash offer as well as anyone else.

Let me know more details and send me the "deal" your thinking of as well as pictures as I was unaware clarion made one of these as it looks similar to the pioneer 9200.
