ok i have two hdc310's on an aq2200d. i heard these can take 2k watts daily. so its run one at 2k or 2 at 1k. is running two really worth it?

2kw is too much for a copper coil daily, and you'd probably end up not using a lot of the power that you have available to you. Running two will be better IMO, and a pair of 10's isn't going to take up a lot of space anyways.

They can take up to 2K daily maybe a tad more if it's clean wattage and you electric up to par. Some have even ran 2.5K to their 12's, but usually anything more than that look into aluminum

id run 1k for both of them until you can get a better amp. they can take more power but dont you think your kind of "under doing" them by only giving them 1k?
