Aq1200d no longer plays

just randomly one day my aq just stopped playing. ive never clipped it nor has it over heated. it starts up in protection but quickly switches to normal mode but still no sound? any help is appreciated.

Check your wiring and also check the outputs with a dimm

checked all wiring. what would checking the outputs do?

If the outputs are shorted then you could be frying your amp. How do you have the amp mounted?

on the back of my seat. i dont mount on boxes

Basically all you can do is double check all of your connections. You can check to see if maybe it's not the amp by hooking an mp3 player up to it directly and playing some music.

If all your connections are good, and it's not playing music from a direct source (mp3 player) then your amp is gone and your options are to try to sell it, trash it, or pay to get it fixed.
