I have offers for both, same price.

Which should I go with?

Pretty much all DD subs Ive heard sound hollow. They meter loud, but sound like *** IMO. And the AQs are just a step down, and built pretty much the same.

Id personally go with the Q. Awesome subs.

Both.. but more SQL. Changing from 12w6's which where 3 hit wonder SPL pos.

get the hdc3s from aq, if you are going more to spl, but sill has some sq. I use it as a daily driver with over 2k rms to each sub and i love it

You can not go wrong with either sub. I am biased to AQ however they have awesome subs and if you build and tune the box right they can sound almost as good as the Q but be a good bit louder, and they offer more headroom in case you want to upgrade your amps you dont have to change subs too they will take a lot of power but get loud as hell off a little too.
