Alright guy's i need help what would be better & what would get lower. Not sure of amp gonna run yet but im debating now between Supergumby's Re SX 18" or jdk3ho HDC3 AQ 18". The setup will be daily/competition but what would do better. lmk guys

id def take the aq over the re

btw ive owned a re xxx 12 (bought it used it had a strange sound and got it reconed and the sound returned a week later so i sold it) and went to a aq hd3 12 and also own hdc12 hdc15 hdc18

AQ hands down, have heard both in other sizes. Better off spending extra hundred for DD 3518

well, im impressed with both products, but becuz i dont know what amp your running, i cant really say for sure......... plus, i dont really think the sx is a fair comparison to the aq.... i do know that the aq did meter louder in a same box set up, but that can be due to a number of variants, lol

Hmmm...true man. I think guy's im gonna go with Jk3ho's HDC3 18" just run one of them and throw as much power as i can at that AQ. My next question is what's most power that AQ can take?

Well guy's now im debating how much power to throw at one HDC3 18" i wanna try to do 150 if possible or do better then a 144.9db like i did last season think it can be done guy's?
