So I may be buying two SDC2.5's soon. SDC2.5 (Street Duty 2.5) Series Subwoofers

I really want the 15's. Has anyone had these subs before and know how they perform?

My amp is an AQ1200D

I need help with a box as well. I may end up making one but I'm wary of that since I've never made a sub box before.

The specs recommended by AQ are ported boxes of 4.0-4.5 net cubes per sub tuned 34-38Hz. Allow 14-16 sq" of port opening area per net cubic foot of box volume.

Where can I get a box like this? Should I go with anything other than those specs dead on?

What kind of vehicle are they going into? That will play a large roll in what will best work for your application.

Oh, my fault.

It's a '93 Chevy Caprice. There's plenty of room width and height wise. Depth wise I will need to take out my spare and mount it on the back of the car if the box is too big.

Well the 15s do like 4-4.5 each. I would say run at least 8ft3 for the set and you would be fine. The down side to that is you would need around 9.5-111ft3 before displacements which is a rather large enclosure even for the back of one those cars.

I am in Austin. I don't really understand your measurements, how much trunk space would I need for an enclosure that offers those specs?
