AQ HDC3 18's

Dang, I think I will hold out for the aluminum coils. I want to do 4-18's on my 4 -2200d's. I dont know if my poor Tahoe could take it?

I am just telling you what i would run on them. Others may say run more or run less but me i would run 2k on copper and 2.5k on al u min i um.

4 18's on 4 2200's would be fine.

same power as any of the other copper coil HDC's. I would limit power for daily applications to around 2k on the copper and 2.5k on the aluminum. DB i am planning to do 4 18's in the back of my little nissan truck.

man thats just awesome. so this is gonna throw the useable throw up a little i bet. But i wonder if the motor structure is the same as far and being able to swap baskets?? I doubt it.

theres nothing wrong with the stitched surround, i thought it made the sub look better with it. As long as it holds together is all that matters though. DJ i see you in here can you elaborate on the matter if us with 10's 12's and 15's can swap to the 18?

I have talked to DJ about tha boltup option..its only a idea for now.. Im sure in the future it will become possible..

Nice, thanks for the info. I am so impressed with my HDC3 15 that ill def go with the 18's even if i can only fit 2. Ive went through so many sub setups in my car i was getting tired and almost gave up. I got the HDC3 15 and I am 100% impressed with this sub. Output is killer on only 1600 watts, i can beat on it all day long non stop and never have to worry about it and i quite frankly think it sounds very good. DJ big props for an awesome product at an awesome price!!!!!!

Wait is this 75mm each way?????
