yes they do. 40hz tuning for thier subs.

mag = sound quality

just out of curiousity, what kind of sound quality do the AQ HD3 have? is it justa one note wonder or does it have some sound quality but not as good as the SI Mag.?

i have never heard an hd3 but many people use them for music and have no complaints.

With 1200wrms go with the mag,1200 is even a thought when it comes to the HD3.SI Mag vs the AQ SD2.5 would be a better comparison,in that comparision Mag FTW agian.The Mag can take some more power.

AQ HD3s sound great but no they do not produce the sq of the mag.

OH,I thought that was all the powa u had,I didnt check the sig,On 1200 I am still saying the mag will have more out,not positveo on that.But to have 2500wrms+ the HD3 for sure.

the HD3 has it in output because it can take more power. give both of them 1000 watts, and i would take the mag. 1500+ i would go with the HD3. and I think the HD3 sounds pretty good on music. but really, they are both great subs, either one should make you happy.
