APX 1300 / 300W Issue: Red and Blue Dimmers with Kick Bass once per 5 to 10 seconds.

Amplifier: Clarion APX1300 300W.

Subwoofer: MTX

Issue: Actually when i turn on the key on my car, blue dimmer seems ok, but once my radio start playing, i can hear a loud Kick from the Subwoofer and than the red dimmer is lighting up with the blue dimmer at the same time... 5 to 10 seconds after that, i can hear another loud kick; while its kicking the red dimmer's disapearing for like 1 second right next to that moment, the red and blue dimmers are still visible at the same time...

That sequence is repeating all the time on since last summer on July, nothing special happend... I'm not the kind of guy who will be putting the sound at 75/75... i usually go midway around 35 to 40\75.

Anyone could help me out with that issue ?

My ground seems decent... My audio wires are mostly brand new bought... i use a ''Condensator'' which is directly linked to my car battery and grounded to the frame itself. I got that wire from my amplifier's ground unit going straight on that condensator and my amplifiers positive unit is linked to the condensator with good and new wires...

Please bring a light on my problem and help me to get this **** solved.

May just be the radio try a small resistor in the remote turn on wire

Then again the amp my be toast

If the amp would be toasted he shouldnt be not sending a Kick at the subwoofer ?

Depends the amp might be sending a random kick from a connection that is loose on the board. My bet the amp is mounted to the box

Could be that, he was mounted on the box of the kick.
