As the title states, it is a 2nd generation iTouch, in perfect working condition. I have rarely used it since I purchased it last year, so someone else can enjoy it. It will come with what is pictured: iTouch; Case/Manual; new earbuds; clear hard cover; and clear screen protector. The back of the iPod shows its normal signs of rub/scuff marks, nothing out of the ordinary (No dents or anything like that).
