Ap30001d came with a 200 amp fuse

It doesn't have a fuse in the amp ,just came with an inline fuse (200 amp)

Is that sufficient. Does that sound right?

Not too familiar with the Audiopipes but not all amps have internal fuses, I'm sure you'll be fine.

I have 2 of them. It doesn't sound right to me, but I'm just replacing it with a 300anl fuse. If I run both I'll have 2 runs with a 300anl fuse on each one.

Yah I was gonna mention that, not sure what the output of that amp is but if it's in/around 3000watts then probly should use a 300Amp fuse.

Its supposed to do rated but i dont know why it came with 200 amp fuses.

If it does rated, over time it should pop that fuse. The 300 won't blow. I use to blow 200 running less power, but it could of been my electrical. Maybe not because with that same electrical, I never blew a 300anl.

I'm not sure man, if you want to use the 200Amp then go for it, if it blows then get a 300Amp, not gonna hurt anything.

Could be a decent 200A fuse. I've popped 300A fuses before that were absolute crap and should not have been rated for 300A.

AP fuses are weird. It MECA they run 60amp AP fuses and pull 2-3k through them.

you won't blow a 200A fuse unless you run tones at low voltage. I've got 2000wrms + 400wrms running through an 100A fuse all the time on music and it'll never pop, EVER

So me running the included 200 amp fuse shouldnt hurt anything? It will not take away from the amps performance will it? By the way this 200 amp audiopipe fuse is a monster!!!!!

the point of the fuse is to make sure nothing gets hurt so actually the fuse HELPS you. Fuses don't take away performance, except for blowing then there's no performance at all
