anything to spray on roof to keep from flexing?

well, its walled you wont have much roof to hit...so I might try 2 gallons, that way you can lay it on thick and also if you have some spots in the doors you need to hit you can do that too...also, think of the floor too...that all might take a bit more, but im not too sure...2 gallons could get alot done

Just run down to your local ACE hardware and asking them for spray-on concrete in an aerosol can.

thats exactly what i thought of when i read the title.

you can also buy 5 and let me have the rest when ure done...if ure feeling generous...but yeah their site said summin like 1 gallon can do 40sqft at a 40mil coat
I might have some left over...but im hoping to use all 5 gallons, i started taking off body panels today to coat the insides thick with sludge...the worst spots in my car are the rear doors but I need to coat them all pretty much minus the front bumper..

Its not walled off. That pic in my display is when I had it walled off in my accord. Now I have it in my rodeo and I didn't wall it.

I used 1 gallon in my HHR. I have a sunroof so mostly I covered the back. I did 3 thick coats with 1 gallon.

Works wonders. You can spray the spectrum with an air gun. Or you can add the hardener to make the sludge and spread it on like icing a cake. I spread on one thick layer of the sludge and then paintd on the 2 remaining layers with a paint brush. I love this stuff.

At a certain point in your setup's design, not much will work but hard materials and lots of spray foam or concrete.

about 50% of my vehicle's structure is spray foam. I filled every strucutrial rail and place I could before I walled it. And now I just have issues with glass seals //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

As far as your vehicle is concerned, your ceiling rails might have come detached. You might want to pull the headliner and look.

My roof on my rodeo flexes like crazy. So much that you can hear the metel bending from inside the vehicle. Its really annoying.
So i was wondering if I took down my headliner if there was anything I could spray or apply on it to stop the flexing. I was thinking something like spray on concrete or somethin like that lol.

I'm talking about something I can buy at walmart or lowes or something.
Spray on smurfcrete. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

if you realy want to make it bullet proof . follow these steps. fiberglass the roof till its 1/2 thick then do 2 layers of anymat, that should be good. You will see other thing flex and a change in output if you do this .

its happening in my car.

the rail broke, and its pulling the roof inward, and causing my w/s to pop

fixed the rail, and now the crack in the roof has gotten worse.

im about to have some major weld work done in my car and we will see how that helps.
