why not just buy a new laptop?

Why spend the money when the one I have does everything I need it to do and is still capable of everything a new one is?

All I want is a damn screen...There is no way you will find a better laptop then what I have for what I paid for it.

Drama - I can't beat 300 =/ bastards. Don't most companies just rebrand panels? Why can't you just buy a generic 17in panel and drop it in there?
