Anyone with viper amps..

I went to go install a refurb from Ikesound and got absolutley nothing from the speaker outputs.

But the bass knob was not installed. I know for some amps, the bass knob needs to be used in order for the amp to work, is it the case for the viper amps?

No, the bass knob does not need to be installed. Refurb vipers don't even come with bass knobs.
