watch him all the time. i generally like his monologue a lot, although he's really off the wall. the walker texas ranger lever is pretty funny although there's an overkill point.

however, as an interviewer he sucks a lot. somehow he turns every interview into something about himself whether it be his big hair, his bad complexion, his crappy taurus, etc. it's still funny, but the point of the talk show is to talk about the guests.

Conan is the man. So is Max and his band. Some of his bits can get lame but overall he is my favorite late night host. Anyone with a decent sense of humor will find conan funnier than leno. Letterman has his own style which is funny, more of a refined conan, while conan is the child in all of us, great comedian with great timing on his jokes.
