do you have vent? just makes it easier to get into servers since at least i can talk, if not dl it ha i cant minimize that game it just messes up my comp

nah, no vent...and I know how it goes with minimizing that game. If I have something pop-up, i'm ****ed...I'll try and DL vent though. Is Vent short for something? Link maybe?

pretty much, ea has decided to include spyware in the upcoming 50 dollar mod of battlefield 2 in an desperate attempt to milk the battlefield franchise for more money.

you almost had me going out to buy this ea, but this time you've really dug yourself in a ditch. there's no way i can justify spending $50 (or even $35 at fry's) for a game where i will be provided with advertisements and spyed on so ea knows what kind of ads are effective, and which aren't.

you know what the most infuriating part of all of this is? the fat slip of paper that falls out of the bf2142 box states that if you don't want to deal with spyware, Do not play the game on a computer with an internet connection".

obviously your going to be able to see their "program" running in your processes section of Task Manager so cant you just disable it and prevent it from running?
