Anyone using KS-U30 or U20 Cable for a JVC Deck

Hey guys, I have the JVC-AVX44 HU and its pretty decent. But ipod controls using standard apple ipod cable sucks complete ***. Its slow, takes like 5 seconds each time I scroll down more than 4 artists. Its worthless.

I stream music with my ipod touch over Bluetooth.

Does anyone have the JVC KS-U30 cable for there HU. Is it worth the $39-$50 price tag to buy it? It allows artwork to be faster, along with Video, as it uses USB and RCA both. using just usb from ipod wont send the video. I wanna know if it helps with the speed of searching artists and songs, and if its worth buying?
