Anyone used a Blaupunkt Velocity amps?

Wondering if anyone has used these amps. They dont look to bad and are very cheap. i know blaupunkt doesnt have a very good name but I seen the internals and it looks decent. Like to know if they do rated power. would be good for a cheap setup.
