Anyone use Sprint for wireless internet?

i have at&t wireless on the 3g network the card was free and pay $60.00 a month for unlimited use

Its great its as fast as dsl and works anywhere even driving down the road. My buddy has a

sprint card no diff. from AT&T.

I run the sprint "mobile broadband" card/service. Started out at around 60/month. I called them and told them I wanted to cancel because I don't use it enough and they dropped it to 39/month (still unlimited use), figured I could live with that.

Its slow where I live, but when I hit major cities its fast. Something to be said for being able to work from almost anywhere.

I used to hook my laptop up via my PPC6700 and it worked great, I believe Sprint also has the fastest network and it was a bit faster than the speed I am getting on T-Mobile.

I just had phone secure and tethered my phone to it using the extra $15/mo unlimited Vision package.

I just checked tmobile because that's who I have for my cell phone provider, and they have a data plan that is $50 a month for unlimited usage. But I'm just scared to put down for a year and then find out that it's slow as hell, or just slow enough to annoy the shit out of me.

I would never consider my sprint card a primary service. I have my DSL for home, the card is slow enough to annoy. It is great as a backup or to be able to work from odd places...such as in the car, at the bar, at the lake, etc.

I sat next to someone who had Sprint Mobile Broadband card service on the train ride home today. It didn't work inside the tunnel leaving NYC, but then she got good speeds out in the open. Text pages loaded on par with DSL, but she couldn't multi task efficiently. It's good for checking mail, facebook, whatever you do, but I doubt youtube videos would work well on it.

Why not just tether your phone to your laptop/pc and do it that way? I only pay $15/mo for my unlimited internet both on the dash and blackberry.
I just found out about that earlier tonight, but I don't have a blackberry and don't really plan on getting one anytime soon/ever. Can you forward it with any phone? I have drivers to connect my phone to my computer, but I never tried to use it to dial up through the internet.
