I called kickers corporate office and they said I will need his full name to get in touch with him, all I know is that his first name was Supa and he was some type of warranty repair supervisor.
I do still hack my tracking info from UPS so I am going to see if I can find out who signed for it. I have also texted the admin here to see about getting his email address or full name if possible using the number I got in the other thread.
