It cost so much because of the cost of paying all the employees to set it up over and over and over...and over........and over.

it says right on it, 6 mil, no cgi. but i dont get the part where the three tires roll UP the ramp...seems impossible, but maybye im looking at it wrong

could be one of those "mystery house" type things, where the floor is actually slanted and the ramp is either level or slanted down. when you crop out the context of an area like that it really looks bielievable, but not when you can see the whole thing.

we have those things all through the appalachian mountains, fun for 5 minutes, then you realize that they are gay.

The weight is towards the top of the wheel, but facing forward somewhat. So when the weight hits it, it bumps the wheel enough to where gravity takes over and the weight moves down, forcing the wheel to roll forwards.
