anyone run the kicker QS comps or SS????

i tried doing a search for the QS but the site isnt letting me search anything with the word kicker??? guess thats just like you cant search RD on here...

anyways i have the ss now....im thinking of maybe upgrading to the QS if there is any real difference??? also if you run the SS what kind of power are yours seeing?

i went from 50rms per side to 100rms per side and man they really came alive! there is real midbass right now lol and i run them with the crossover that they came with....please let me know....i was thinking of giving them more power???

I have a set but yet to install. A buddy of mine has them installed/measured, etc. Says they are a great set that blow away anything else kicker offers. He also mentioned that with a better network or going active they would improve more.

DO YOU AND HIM HAVE THE SS OR QS????

well id have to kinda say that going active will make any comp set sound better than passive since ur tunning your own crossover points for your ears/individual car.

BUT what kinda power is he giving them? I wanna know how much can they take? (the ss and qs)

I had rs and not have non installed QS yet. He has had tons of stuff. I am not sure what. He is running his QS with 100rms a side I believe.

o ok...i was thinking of running some RS 6x9's for rear fill...i hope they will take a little more power tho

if you get QS, why not throw your ss in the rear since you already have them?

never put much thought toit. i was just going to put the qs or ss in some custom kick panels?
