Anyone repair pioneer headunits?

**** i have the same issue with a 880 i need to send it in to pioneer it just wont come on anymore luckily i had a back up one..

See, i would do this, but i dont have a receipt with mine...i got it on ebay (it was NIB) send me a receipt, so i can print it out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

gonna go with....you have the wrong harness and popped a fuse.

I had the right harness...it was messed up...so i got another, and that one wont click all the way in. And even if it did, the power, ignition and ground wires are the same on both plugs. The plug i just got didnt have a "mute" wire..

yeah, i might throw this one on here for cheap...and buy a eclipse cd7200...

hm...i really have no idea what its worth...i paid 325 dollars for it, thats all i know...

You would have to call them to find out the cost but I they are highly recommended by Pioneer when customers call for repairs.
