What are your hobbies?

since i quit i've been working on explosive strength training. gaining mass for boxing, i've been training in my garage. hobbies before i quit were being on computer 24/7 of freetime

ok i should probably explain that the chick i asked out was someone who i had fallen for so the rejection basically made my horomone factory explode, if im not enraged at the world im thinking about ending it. very weird situation. but if anything i believe starting to smoke again will ease my pain of being "heartbroken" lol. is this true or will starting to smoke again make me feel even more depressed and then i prob do end up pullin the trig?

How I take my anger or sadness out is going to the gym, or on a run, or just brush myself off and try again.

Well good, easiest way to become a 'non-loner' is to find hobbies that interest you and find others with similar hobbies and establish relationships with those people.

The problem with smoking (cigs) is usually its an all or nothing type thing. Most people can't smoke randomly it becomes a mindless habit. If you only smoked when you drank or something you wouldn't need to quit. If you're smoking heavily I can GUARANTEE you won't regret quiting, but if you don't quit, I can GUARANTEE you will wish you had. Everytime I tell a smoker I've never tried they always say "Good dont! I wish I hadnt" then they puff away lol

If you have to smoke something you should put down the cigs and try some reefer, I bet it makes you feel better. But i still don't think that's a good way to deal with serious problems.
