Anyone own/ed a Ford escort? Port direction help?

I have a Ford Escort and I can fold down the seats and get into the trunk.

I will be putting the Sub forward facing and fold down the seats.

If I plan to seal around the box so the Sub in effectively in the cabin which way should I port?

I can port driver or passenger into the trunk or forward into the cabin.

Anyone know what the loudest would be for that setup?

I will be cutting the pieces for the box tomorrow morning and try to get it built and in the car by Monday.

If no one can give me a reason as to why not I will be putting both the Sub and ports facing forward, sealing around the box and folding down the seats. 16x32 baffle with Sub on driver side and 2x6" ports stacked on the passenger side.

Any objections?

if its a trunk car. Face forward, port forward. Seal It off COMPLETELY from the trunk.
