j/w because when i tried a month or 2 ago it malfunctioned and i ended up having to call them to get my product because their site "lost my order". is it working fine now? i need to order a bunch of shizz and don't want to have to go through that again.

Same thing happened to me.

If you pay via PayPal, at the very last step there is a button at the bottom of the page that say "return to store" or something along those lines. You HAVE to click on that to complete the transaction.

When you're going through the checkout process there's actually something that tells you that somewhere along the line...

i did return to the store, but instead of the normal "order completed" page you get, i got one that said error with some sort of explanation. i waited a week or so and by then i figured something was wrong because their shipping is usually lightning fast, so i called and got it sorted out.
