ooohhh, you need design work done? Some of the free ones still let you use your logo, etc. and do basic layouts.

I designed my brother-in-law's cards with a piece of paper and pen, scanned it into the computer, did some rough 'digital' drafts, and then created a final draft. Took that to my local print shop, and I believe they charged like $10 for the actual cards. Don't have the slightest clue how many cards he got, but I'm sure he got a discount.
