Anyone know the rms specs ont the Lanzar MP104D

Just got a pair of Lanzar max pro 10" subs a couple of months back and was wondering if anyone new the specs as far as RMS goes, the peak I know for each sub is 1200Watts and also was wondering what the best amp for the pair of subs on a budget of $250 including the amp and wiring kit and cap would be

http://www.lanzar.com/manuals/MAXP104D-124D-154D.pdf they dont list the rms but I have ran them at 400 rms with no issues. a decent budget amp (depending on box build) would be a bxi606 or maybe a crunch p1500.1 both under 200 and you dont need a cap
