I'm in Texas and this kind of shit happens a lot,my wife just got her bachelors in criminal law, and back in the day she had a aggravated assault charge,which is a felony,and they pretty much forgot about,no court date,no warrants,no record,and she's cool to this day,Texas has a lot of dumbasses,me being one of them i know the cops and most judges around here are stupid as sh!t,i got a dui one night and didn't even go to jail,after 6 weeks it was off my record,crazy!
