Anyone know of sites to help with my first install?

I've searched around a little bit and found a couple links.. but do any of you have a site that really helped you out or something that takes you step by step

im gonna need stuff from very basic to advanced... such as making a ground from the amp to battery.. (not even sure if thats what you do) not sure where to plug things in where.. also dont know where i should be hooking up my amp to the battery... dont know how to wire for 2 ohm, 4 ohm.. etc..

includes headunit install and amp/sub

That's only after he gets ridiculed for what he bought and encouraged to get *insert forum boner here* because everybody else has it. But there is info to be learned here.

OP it's more about the basics. THose can be learned online and all that, but a lot of what you need to know will be vehicle specific. What are you driving?

im driving a 99 grand prix gtp..

i ordered my system on sunday.. should have it when i go home for the weekend

i got an IA LI 15", hifonics 1206, eclipse cd3100 HU

where exactly do i look up my car.. the site layout confuses me

rip out old HU, put new one in, either hardwire or get pre made wire harnest for your car, use manual to match wires

connect main power wire (with an inline fuse) to the posotive terminal of the battery, run through fire wall, along interior to the trunk..

rip out stock speakers - put new ones in

run speaker wires to trunk if needed

find a grounding spot in trunk (bare metal)

connect ground/power wire to amp...

connect speaker/sub wires

thatd be awesome.. i know what u meant before about getting it thru that grommet by the passengers feet.. but it doesnt look like id be able to squeeze anything through mine.. im probably gonna have to drill.. but ya if you could show me pics of what u did id really appreciate it
