Anyone know of a tutorial on how to incorporate plexi?

I was debating building a box with a plexi window and was wondering how people go about doing it the RIGHT way. Is there a tutorial somewhere for this? Thanks!
easiest way is to get a piece big enough to do an entire panel as plexi. otherwise, just double baffle the panel it's going in, making the inside hole smaller than the plexi by 1 1/2 inches or so and cut the outside panel to the size of the glass, then trim it with something. do it just like you'd do a recessed sub in a double baffle. there are other ways, but that's an easy way to ghetto it in, but not have it look like ghettoed.

and you need 3/4 inch plexi or lexan. smaller won't work well. 1/2 inch might work if the window is under 6 inches x 6 inches, but that's even iffy. box flex sucks.
