for the price they r fine but the quality is no where near anything comparable in power.

i never said anything contrary at all. i stated known facts period. the mbquart is 10 x's the quality and has a 2 yr dealer direct warranty the ap doesnot. and with a warranty from an authorized dealer the ap is more than the quart.

Known facts? How can you measure how many times greater the build quality is? Is it literally 10x better?

If it's ten times better, for the extra few bucks I suppose you should go with what he's pushing...

However, I'm still unsure. I say go with the AP, for the price it will not disappoint.

ive heard and seen good thing about those audiopipes.

and watts per dollars buying something new its the cheapest good quality you can get.

i wouldnt touch 1 personally but i am biased to quality vs power so its a moot opinion really to suggest anything different .

The AP is definitely a solid amp IMO. I wouldnt fall into that guys selling gimmick ^^ Im sure his amps are good, but on a budget the AP cant be beat. Just about everyone that has used the 1.5k1d say its solid and easily does rated power. I have one and I love it to death. It cant be beat for around 150-160 shipped brand new.

i will back sicaudio on that he was not trying to jsut sell me his amps he did state the quality factor. and yes i do understand that mb quart is better quality.

like i said i have friends running them they work fine some have had issues some haven't and for the cost they are great bang for the buck just no warranty which sux if ya ever need it.

I think people just jumped on the fact you were pushing him a different, more expensive product, and instantly assumed you were just trying to upsell and make a few bucks. I'm sure either amp will do it's job well, and some people will be willing to pay extra for the peace of mind that if it gets damaged, it may be covered by the warranty.
